Make sure all your categories will provide accurate reporting to see what happened.

Based on information you provide we will update assets you own etc.

Connect all the bank accounts and credit card accounts to QBO.

Categorize and posting of past transactions in and out of accounts.

We take account statements and ensure all account balances match.

Remaining accounts are reconciled and journal entries performed.

Basic reports such as Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss and ran to ensure perform a cleanup on YTD period.

You must have filed your business’ prior tax return and provide a copy of the return before cleanup services can begin. Unless this is your first year in business and do not have a prior tax return year.
A Quantum Associate cannot begin cleaning up your past books until they receive the required supporting documentation, which your Account Associate will request from you after your first meeting. Once we receive all the necessary documentation, they’ll typically complete your cleanup within 30 days. In some cases, your cleanup may take longer depending on timeliness of providing documentation and the complexity of your books.
